On January 1st, Keeley and I are launching a new service called TheWorkout.Today.
The concept is extremely simple:
It is a free email in your inbox each morning with 1 bodyweight workout that takes 29 minutes or less.
The workouts are designed so you can do them no matter your level or prior experience, and you don't need any special equipment (so you can do them in your living room, garage, or at the park).

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for people to stay healthy and fit. No gyms. No fees. No equipment. Just a daily reminder to move your body with specific instructions. It's great both for beginners and for more advanced athletes who want to complement or mixup their current routine.

For a bit more of an explainer, I posted the following on Facebook recently, but I also wanted to crosspost to the blog (note - since I wrote this page we hit our goal of 101 subscribers, so we are 100% going to launch on January 1st):
When we're traveling or don't feel like going to the gym, Keeley and I like to do simple bodyweight workouts that don't require equipment or weights.
Recently a friend asked us if we had any resources that offered daily workouts he could do without special knowledge or equipment.
There are a ton of resources out there, but it can feel hard to know where to start. The problem isn't lack of information, but too much information.
That gave us an idea: Why not start the workout ideation service we would like to use ourselves?
We asked our friend if he would subscribe to an email list that would send out one workout per day that you can do anywhere, anytime -- in 29 minutes or less.
He said hell yes.
But he's just one person. This will be a side project for Keeley and me, and we'd love to do it, but only if we have interest from a critical mass. So, if we can get 101 subscribers by the end of the year, then we will launch TheWorkout.Today email list, starting on January 1st.
