“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance”
Change is coming for you.
Change doesn’t care if you’re rich or poor.
Change doesn’t care if you’re happy or depressed.
Change doesn’t care if your CEO or unemployed.
You can resist change, or you can dance with it.
Resisting change is our natural state.
Dancing with change is scary. You will doubt yourself.
But if we want to join the dance (which we do, right?), we must ask: Have we equipped ourselves with the right tools?
Do you prioritize [growth mindset] over fixed mindset? Do you regularly give equal or greater weight to simple day-to-day pleasures than to you your subjective assessment of how you’re doing on long term goals?
Do you embrace the absurd? Do you laugh at yourself? Do you practice gratitude for what you have?
Do you check in with your inner compass to remember what is important to you?
Knowing that change is relentless, do you move forward each day with a growth mindset, a healthy attitude, and clear conviction, even when the going gets tough?
If you aren’t good at change, can you change that?
“To change with change is the changeless state.”
